Sigha is one of the Key figures to emerge from the newly resurgent UK Techno scene. Releases on James Ruskin’s Blueprint Label, Hotflush Recordings and Remixes for CLR, Perc Trax, Mikrowave, Echocord and Token to name a few have blurred the lines between the abstract and the dance floor. A huge supporter of Vinyl, he set up his Our Circula Sound stable in 2010 to create a home for his specific vision of Techno. Sigha’s sound blends traditionalism with a deep take on sound design and atmosphere, and his ability to translate this into uniquely balanced DJ sets has seen him play regularly at the world’s most prestigious venues.

If Jean-Louis Huhta needs an introdcution, you haven't been studying enough. In the early 80's he started out in punk bands like Cortex and Anti Cimex, he played percussions with multiple projects after that and became a member of The Stonefunkers, before joining the art collective Lucky People Center, and thereby shaping the swedish underground of the 90's. Currently he's involved in Audio Laboratory with among others Ebbot from Soundtrack Of Our Lives, Bromine Mage Dub with Jesper Dahlbäck and witch doctors of drones and rhtyhms, Skull Defekts. He also has the project Ocsid with Graham Lewis of Wire and artist Cal-Michael von Hausswolff. But at Gegen he's here as Dungeon Acid, the man/machine communication unit that creates the rawest acid ever to be found since that brown stuff they warned about at Woodstock. There is however nothing hippie dippy about the analogue soundwalls emanating of Dungeon Acids machine park as his performance in The Darkness at Gegen End will make very clear.

It's amazing how you can slip under the public radar by just being a few lightyears ahead. With Ectoplasm Girls, Tanya Byrne, together with sister Nadine (The Magic State) was making the same kind of eerie noise that would later be called Witch House. Now as Hypno Tower she makes a kind of eerie noise that the world is yet to catch up with. But at the time it's been labeled she will be sure to have moved on. Hermes Pittakos was born in Cyprus. With a background in Fine art, he has recently graduated from London College of Fashion with a BA in Make-up and Prosthetics for Performance. He’s been trained in Character Design, Special FX Makeup, Prosthetics and Wig Making. ‘Hollow Bone’ is a short film showcasing his most recent work.
‘Hollow Bone’ follows a mysterious protagonist (Played by Ron Athey) on an exploration of the spirit and mind through a series of occult ritualistic scenes. Hermes has used his dreams along with Shamanic Journeys as inspiration to create a fictional world filled with mythological beings, ancient rituals, and surrealist elements.

Gegen co-producer and Resident DJ, WARBEAR sounds like a strange animal tracing out-of-b/order linguistic paths. He Is a Social Anthropologist, Performance Artist, Curator, Festival Promoter and Dj living between Berlin and Rome. His work is based on Cultural Studies with a focus on Sex Cultures, Independent Cinema and Sociology of Emotions. He published a series of books and essays with international editors and gave lectures, performed and played all over the world. He produces events since twenty years, including the historical Phag Off. He plays as he writes as he speaks as he performs as he loves.

Antonia Cassano was born in Bari, Italy in 1985, at 18 she moved away from home moving through different cities and underground music scenes. It brought her several new musical influences, that led her to new refinements in her musical research. Music for Anto Cassano is a Creation of atmosphere, evolution, a description of situations, a crescendo of emotions. All this is encompassed in her dj sets. Since she arrived in Berlin in 2009 she has performed in underground clubs like Mikz, Tacheles, Kili, Club der Visionaere, Subland, Raum18 as well as all around Europe. She also collaborated in different electronic music production projects with several different artists.
